George Strait and Reba

One night!  Two legends! Get ready for a night of country music when George Strait brings his tour with Reba McEntire and guest LeeAnn Womack.

His best-selling album is Pure Country (1992), which sold 6 million (6× Multi-platinum). His highest certified album is Strait Out of the Box (1995), which sold 2 million copies (8× Multi-Platinum due to being a box set with four CDs). According to the RIAA, Strait is the 12th best-selling recording artist with the albums in the United States overall.

Katy Perry’s “California Dreams” world tour is coming to North America this summer and will stop at the NuSkin Theater at EnergySolutions Arena on July 25th.

Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), better known by her stage name Katy Perry, is an American pop musician. Born in Santa Barbara, California, and raised by Christian pastor parents, Perry grew up listening to only gospel music and sang in her local church as a child. After earning a GED during her freshman year of high school, she began to pursue a career in music. As Katy Hudson, she released a self-titled gospel album in 2001, which due to the closing of her record label, was deemed unsuccessful. She later recorded an album with the production team The Matrix and completed most of a solo album from 2004–5, neither of which were released.

Jon Lovitz from Saturday Night Live

Jon Lovitz, Stand-up comedian, Wiseguys, West Valley, Utah, As a young comedian, Lovitz was a member of The Groundlings comedy troupe in Los Angeles where he met Phil Hartman. He was a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1985 to 1990. His most notable SNL characters were Tommy Flanagan, the Pathological Liar, and the Master Thespian. In the animated series The Critic, he played the title character of Jay Sherman. Lovitz has starred in a number of films from the comedy Rat Race to the musical The Producers. On Broadway, he played the lead role in The Dinner Party.

He is known primarily for his number one country hit “The Devil Went Down to Georgia”, and multiple other songs he has performed and written. Daniels has been active as a singer since the early 1950s. He was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry on January 24, 2008.

Daniels is a singer, guitarist, and fiddler, who began writing and performing in the 1950s. In 1964, Daniels co-wrote “It Hurts Me” (a song which Elvis Presley recorded) with Joy Byers. He worked as a Nashville session musician, often for producer Bob Johnston, including playing electric bass on three Bob Dylan albums during 1969 and 1970, and on recordings by Leonard Cohen. Daniels recorded his first solo album, Charlie Daniels, in 1971 (see 1971 in country music). He produced the 1969 album by The Youngbloods, Elephant Mountain and played the violin on “Darkness, Darkness”.

His first hit, the novelty song “Uneasy Rider”, was from his 1973 second album, Honey in the Rock, and reached #9 on the Billboard Hot 100.
