See Donavon Frankenreiter when his tour in support of his upcoming release, “Glow,” stops at The Depot November 10th. An American musician and surfer. He is a long-time friend of Jack Johnson and his debut self-titled album was released in 2004 on Johnson’s Brushfire Records through Universal Music and made the Australian ARIA Top-40 charts in April 2004.

Celebrate the art of modern dance as some of Utah’s most talented young dancers take the stage! Presented by Tanner Dance Company as part of the Repertory Dance Theatre’s Ring Around the Rose dance series.

Ring Around the Rose is Repertory Dance Theatre’s wiggle-friendly series of performances for children and families that explores the magical world of the arts, including dance, theatre, music and storytelling. Ring Around the Rose is made possible in part by grants from the Utah Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts, Salt Lake City Arts Council, and the Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts & Parks program.

All shows begin at 11:00 am at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center, 138 W Broadway, Salt Lake City. Tickets are $5 for all seats (ages 2 and under free) and can be purchased in advance by calling ArtTix at 801-355-ARTS.

Babes In Toyland Children's Theatre

Babes in Toyland is an operetta composed by Victor Herbert with a libretto by Glen MacDonough (1870–1924), which weaves together various characters from Mother Goose nursery rhymes into a Christmas-themed musical extravaganza.

Babes in Toyland features some of Herbert’s most famous songs–among them “Toyland”, “March of the Toys”, “Go To Sleep, Slumber Deep”, and “I Can’t Do The Sum”. The theme song “Toyland” and “March of the Toys”.
