Hogle Zoo is one of the most-visited attractions in Utah and the top paid-for tourist attraction in Salt Lake City. Founded in 1931 and is located at the mouth of Emigration Canyon. Its natural terrain covers 42 acres of tree-lined pathways where visitors can view over 800 animals.
A Utah Top Pick destination, Tracy Aviary is one of the largest and oldest of only two free-standing aviaries in the nation and is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. It has grown and evolved over its more than 80-year history to become a cultural landmark, public garden, and environmental education and conservation leader.
Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is home to more than 4,000 animals representing 650 species, showcasing ecosystems from around the planet including kelp forests, coral reefs, the deep ocean, Antarctic waters, Asian cloud forests, South American rain forests, and the waterways of our home state of Utah and is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
