Greentree Yoga presents a free family yoga class in the Herriman Library Meeting Room.
Families are required to register, but everyone is invited to attend.

This Kundalini yoga class is ideal for beginners or for those that want a gentle Kundalini practice.
Bring your own yoga mat and blanket. It is suggested that you do not eat for at least two hours prior to the class.
