Just as important, yoga postures can improve sitting posture and still the mind, in preparation for the inwardly focused practices that bring us into Krishna’s spiritual realm. We teach yoga as an aspect of bhakti or devotion to God, but that doesn’t stop it from being a great workout!
On Monday through Thursday evenings, come for special Integrated Yoga Nights, when we flow from one form of devotional yoga to another. An inner journey into the spiritual world unfolds naturally. These sessions begin at 6 pm with an offering of love and devotion to God. Guests are welcome to come for all or part of the program, according to their preferences.
Hanuman also teaches Integrated Yoga on Saturdays at 12:30 pm. Don’t miss this customized, fun class with one of the area’s top yoga and martial arts instructors (and kirtan leaders). Get ready to serenely enter Krishna’s realm with a potent blend of Kundalini, Hatha, and Shakti (power) Yoga, as well as Tai Chi and other traditional martial arts exercises.
